ZINSSER Bulls-Eye Water-base is a water-based acrylic primer/sealer designed for application to interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings and related paintable surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to gloss enamels and clear finishes, hardboard, glass and tile, Formica, Masonite, PVC, fiberglass and ceramic tile. It provides flash rust resistance in its wet state when coating iron railings, steel frames, piping. It seals porous surfaces including drywall and masonry. Bulls-Eye water-base resists grain raise on new woods and sands easily to a smooth surface.
