Designed to efficiently and reliably secure transport chain, Ancra’s 3/8 in, 1/2 in ratchet load binder is made with high-strength drop-forged steel for durability, providing the binder with a working load limit of 9200 lb. A yellow E-coat paint helps to resist the elements and provides higher visibility. The efficient ratcheting construction includes a heavier welded barrel, a two-piece handle with a spring-loaded release rocker lever and built-in thread stops to prevent over extension of the threads and loss of load carrying capacity. To operate, simply attach chain links to either hook and pull the lever to tighten. The ratchet chain load binder accepts chain from 3/8 in G70 up to 1/2 in G43.
