DAP Alex Flex Premium Molding and Trim Acrylic Latex Sealant is specifically formulated for use on molding and trim applications. It delivers excellent adhesion and flexibility for a crack-proof seal. High-performance formula is ideal for natural and synthetic materials such wood, MDF, PVC, polystyrene and composite molding. It provides smooth and easy application and tooling, low-odor and easy water cleanup. In just 30 mins, the sealant forms a tough outer skin that’s dry enough to paint over with latex or oil-based paints, thereby saving time since the job is finished faster. It provides a long lasting, durable seal that will not shine through or discolor paint. ALEX FLEX is ideal for achieving a professional look with paint projects when sealing gaps around trim, crown molding, chair rails, baseboards, windows and doors. Cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant. 60 years durability. Exceeds ASTM Specification C920, Class 12.5. Interior/exterior use.
