Includes one glass shade holder with 18 AWG pre-wired 6 in insulated leads, ground wire and insulation brass finish, one 4 in offset crossbar, two 8-32 x 1/2 in mounting screws, two 8-32 x 2 in mounting screws, one grounding screw and three knurled screws, brass finish. Rated 250 V for use with 60 W lamp maximum.
